A Medical provider is on-call 24/7 for Wheeling Health Right. Phone calls to the clinic after hours will be forwarded to the answering machine. The message will advise patients/members to go to a local emergency room if they are experiencing an emergency. Otherwise, they can leave a message which is transferred to the on-call provider. If the caller has an urgent question the on-call provider will call them back. If the message is non-urgent, the office will call them back on the next business day.
