Frequently asked questions.

Where offers come from, what they cost, and how to book.

Using Treatment Offers

What is Treatment Offers?
A free feed of promotions that U.S. clinics publish on their own websites: new-patient specials, discounts, free consultations and seasonal deals. Each card groups one clinic's current offers and links to the page they came from.
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing, filtering and opening offers needs no sign-up, and Treatment Offers never charges patients.
How do I find offers near me?
Open a city or state page from Browse, or filter the homepage feed by U.S. state and clinic specialty. City pages list only clinics in that city.
Can I search for one treatment, like Botox or Invisalign?
Not yet. Filter by the clinic specialty that offers it (med spa for Botox, orthodontics for Invisalign) and scan the offer titles.
Who runs the site?
Clinsight, the team behind Clinic Directory and several other clinic sites. See the About page for the people involved.

Offers and prices

Where do the offers come from?
From clinics' own public promotion and booking pages. The domain under each clinic name shows the source, and "Visit site" opens it.
Why does an offer show two prices?
The struck-through figure is the regular price the clinic quotes and the bold one is the promotional price. When the clinic gives only one figure, only one is shown.
Is the price on the card what I will pay?
Not always. Clinics often add exam fees, deposits, per-unit charges or eligibility rules. Confirm the total, and what it includes, with the clinic before booking.
How do you handle expired offers?
Offers past their end date are removed from the feed. An offer with no clear end date is labelled "Limited time"; check the clinic page for its current terms.
Why is an offer missing or out of date?
Clinics change promotions without notice and the feed can lag behind. The clinic's own page is always the authoritative version.

Booking an offer

How do I claim an offer?
Follow the clinic's instructions on its page: book online, call, or mention the promotion when you schedule. Treatment Offers does not take bookings or payments.
Do new-patient specials apply to existing patients?
Usually not. Most new-patient specials are limited to a first visit, and many allow one per person or household. Ask the clinic if you are unsure.
Can I use insurance or financing with an offer?
It depends on the clinic. Some promotions are cash-only or cannot be combined with insurance or other discounts, so ask before your appointment.
What should I ask before paying a deposit?
The total price, what is included, the expiry date, the cancellation and refund terms, and who will perform the treatment.

Safety and accuracy

Is a listed offer a recommendation?
No. Listings are promotional information, not medical advice or an endorsement. A licensed clinician should decide whether a treatment suits you.
How do I check a clinic before booking?
Confirm the provider's license with your state board, read independent reviews, and ask who performs the treatment and what their training is.
Why do some offers say "Results vary"?
Offers that mention weight-loss drugs, guaranteed results or risk-free treatment carry that note. Outcomes differ by patient, and these claims deserve a closer look.
How do I report a wrong or misleading offer?
Send the clinic name, page URL and what is wrong to the Clinsight team via clinsight.ai. Confirmed problems are corrected or removed.

For clinics

How does my clinic get listed?
Publish the promotion on a public page of your website with a clear price, terms and end date. Pages like that are what the feed picks up.
Can I correct or remove my clinic's listing?
Yes. Contact the Clinsight team via clinsight.ai from an address at your clinic's domain, with the page URL and the change you need.
