The Community Care Clinic serves Forsyth, Stokes, and Davie Counties with primary care and more than 20 specialties. Founded in 2000, it is one of North Carolina’s largest and most comprehensive free healthcare clinics. They provide medical services to uninsured patients whose family incomes fall below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Volunteers including physicians and specialists offer primary care, dental and vision services, mental health support, and access to medications. Over 20 specialties and care for more than 25,000 patients since inception.
