If you are a new patient and you have a copay, the copay is collected at the time of service. If you do not have a copay, you are required to pay $30 at the time of service. Any remaining balance will be billed to your insurance. If you have a balance after your insurance carrier has processed your claim, you will receive a statement for the remaining balance. If you do not have insurance, payment at the time of service is required. The 10% discount, as noted above, will apply.
