All new weight loss patients must complete a virtual consultation with a licensed provider before beginning treatment. Eligibility is determined based on medical history, health assessment, and provider approval.

Initial consultation is complimentary. If transferring or continuing care with another provider for weight loss treatment (including semaglutide or tirzepatide), a $50 consultation fee may apply to review medical history and treatment plan.

Costs vary by medication and insurance coverage. Many ME patients pay as little as $25/month with savings cards and insurance.
