Consult (urine and fingerstick glucose included)- $80; Full Physical Exam (labs included)- $140; Follow-up visit- $50; Lab results visit- $25; Full Physical + Pap- $240, under 30 years old $220; Pap Smear Only- $180, under 30 years old $160; Work Physical-$100, add $40 for PPD or chest x-ray order; School Physical-$120, labs and lead included, add $23.28 per required vaccine, add $40 for PPD; DOT physical-$140, add on for labs; PPD only- $40; Letters to remove immigration ankle monitors-$80; Fecal Occult Testing- $10 per test, 3 are recommended; Pre-Op physicals- $100, add on for labs; EKG-$50; Incision and Drainage-$60, if packing needed add $40, sutures add $60; Laceration Repairs-Glue only $60, Sutures $100-$140; Ear Lavage-$80 for consult + $20 to irrigate each ear; Flu Test-$40; Rapid Strep-$40; Pregnancy Blood Test- $50, follow up if positive is free; Ceftriaxone injection (500mg)-$50; H Pylori Breath Testing-$80; HIV Blood Test- $50; Gonorrhea/Chlamydia Test- $50; Additional Labs- most labs are $15-$45, we will always let you know pricing before drawing labs. We offer very competitive pricing for labs as part of our mission.
