Insurance and Fees
Insurances Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Carelon, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Health New England, Tufts, United Behavioral, Wellsense, Fallon, MBHP, and Mass Brigham. Out-of-network: If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits you may be eligible for your psychotherapy sessions to be covered by your insurance. Call the customer service number on the back of your card to determine if out-of-network mental health benefits are included. Private Pay: If you do not have out-of-network benefits, or if you would like to receive services without going through your insurance, we offer private pay services. All payments must be received by the time of service. Sliding Fee Scale: Please inform your clinician if you do not have health insurance, if you have copays or deductibles that are more than you can afford, or if you lose your health insurance coverage at any time. We will work with you to obtain coverage and to determine if any services are available through Masshealth to assist you. No one will be denied access to services due to their inability to pay. We provide a discounted/sliding fee schedule for individual therapy based on your family size and income. If you are unable to afford the reduced rate, please speak to Dr. Baker, or your clinician directly. We are happy to provide a payment plan, further reduce payments, and are able to offer free services to clients on a case to case basis. We will never send your information to a collection agency.
