New patient paperwork can be mailed to you, picked up in person, or completed online at www.lindsborghospital.org (New Patients tab). After paperwork is completed and turned in to the clinic, an appointment can be scheduled.

Urgent Care available Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5:15 p.m., Sat–Sun 10 a.m.–1 p.m. No appointments necessary. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Access via main hospital lobby.
