We do NOT accept Kansas Medicaid (KanCare) at this time. We do NOT accept NEW patients with Samaritan, Solidarity, or; Any patients without health insurance must pay at the time of service. A discount for cash services paid in full. There is an additional $30 fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient's medical record, including: Life Insurance, Family Medical Leave.
