Celebrating 250 Years of Independence, we’re holding the line on membership fees through July. Adult membership, $400 per year, through July 2026. Children’s memberships continue at ½ adult rate. Memberships include routine services plus a 20% discount on all procedures. Large families with 4+ children enrolled receive a 50% discount on children’s non-major procedures and 25% on orthodontic work.
