New Patients & Referrals
We are currently accepting new patients, contingent on in-network insurance coverage. We are not in network with Alliant, Beacon, Wellcare or Value Options and are not accepting new patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or Ambetter at this time. All new patient appointments will require a credit card on file. To avoid late cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled prior to 48 hours before appointment. The no show/late cancellation charge for new patients is $125. The no show/late cancellation charge for existing patients is $75. Patients with no insurance can self-pay at the time of the appointment but will still be required to pay the new patient deposit. Self-pay rates for new patient appointments are approximately $300 for our MD Psychiatrists and $250 for our psychiatric nurse practitioners. Self pay follow-up visits are approximately $250 for our MD Psychiatrists and $200 for our psychiatric nurse practitioners. We are not forensic psychiatrists and do not consider ourselves to be experts in the court setting. If legal consultation is necessary, then our consultation services are billed at $900 per hour in half-hour increments (1 hour minimum).
