Our providers see patients by scheduled appointments. As a courtesy to other patients in the practice, we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, do so as early as possible.

Should you miss two or more appointments without any prior notice or less than 24 hours notice, you might be discharged from the practice. Patients who are new to our clinic and miss their first appointment with our office without calling ahead of time to cancel may not be allowed to schedule with our clinic again. Please note we charge a $25 fee for not showing up for a scheduled appointment or canceling the same day with one of our physicians.
