We offer a discount for paid self-pay patients on the day of service. Current insurance panels accepted: United Healthgroup/Optum/GEHA, BCBS/Premera, Cigna/Evernorth, Medicare, Medicaid, Triwest, VA-Community Care. If using insurance, check policy for coverage; co-pays, out-of-pocket limits, and possible percentage of the agreed amount; we can provide a good faith estimate. If paying out of pocket, discount for services paid in full on the day of service. Missed appointment fee of $30 unless insurance coverage doesn't allow it. Reminders by text/email; most in-person appointments can be converted to telehealth.
