We accept most insurance including: Private health insurance, Veterans, Medicaid, Denali KidCare and Medicare. We offer a sliding fee scale to those who qualify based on family size and income regardless of insurance coverage.

PCHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients of all ages.

Individual: $75/mo or $700/yr; Married couple: $130/mo or $1,350/yr; Family (up to 5, children must be at least 16): $200/mo or $2,200/yr

ADULTS (21+) $100/Month -or- $1,100/Year; Children (Newborn to Age 20) $50/Month -or- $550/Year; Family Plan $250/Month -or- $2,750/Year; Any additional children (under 21) are free.

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $100 per household.

One flat monthly membership covers your everyday primary care: unlimited visits, same or next-day access, and up to 85% off labs. No copays, no surprise bills, and no insurance required.

Choose your plan: Unlimited visits at the office, by video, or at home, whenever you need them.

We are currently contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Presbyterian, Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Molina, United Healthcare and after three years of waiting we officially now accept Tricare!!!
