We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Cash or Check (from established patients). We charge a flat fee of $150 to uninsured patients, including the doctor’s office visit and most in-clinic services (excluding x-rays, MRI/CT, and outside lab tests). We accept multiple health insurance providers and verify coverage with the patient’s insurer.
