We are dedicated to making our services accessible. We work with a broad array of insurance providers including OHP, and can assist you in verifying your coverage. For self-pay patients, we offer flexible payment plans and financial options to accommodate your needs.

We accept Oregon Health Plan for ALL services, including birth and primary care. In-network with most insurances for women’s/GYN health and birth, and actively expanding network. For Primary Care, starting January 1, we will accept OHP and subscription-based care only.

5% discount for out of pocket payment if paid by 28 weeks of pregnancy. Additional facility fee of $3,000 per 12 hour period (or per calendar day depending on insurance parameters) for those choosing to birth at the Birth Center.

10% discount if clients pay in full prior to their 36th week
